VALR Holdings LLC (“VALR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the VALR IQ mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use VALR IQ.

 

1. Data Collection

VALR IQ does not collect or store user workout, nutrition, health, or fitness data on VALR-operated servers. This information remains stored locally on your device. Limited information necessary to process subscriptions and display rewarded advertisements may be shared with third-party service providers as described below.

 

2. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

VALR IQ may show rewarded advertisements in the free version of the app. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. VALR IQ does not directly sell user personal information and does not use your workout, food, health, or profile data to target ads. When an advertisement is requested or shown, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or receive certain information from your device, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app activity related to ad delivery, and information used to measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and show ads. Google may use this information in accordance with its own privacy policies. RevenueCat

VALR IQ uses RevenueCat to manage app store subscriptions and subscription entitlements. When subscription features are used, RevenueCat may process information necessary to validate purchases and determine subscription status.

This information may include:

  • An anonymous RevenueCat customer identifier generated by the SDK.

  • Your display name, if you choose to enter one within the App.

  • Subscription status, active entitlements, and purchase history related to your app store subscription.

  • Product and offering information available for purchase.

  • Transaction and receipt information provided by Apple or Google, as applicable, for subscription validation.

  • Limited technical information required for the operation of the RevenueCat service.

3. Payments

Subscriptions and payments are processed through the Apple App Store on iOS and the Google Play Store on Android. VALR does not receive, process, or store your payment card or other payment information. Subscription validation and entitlement management are provided through RevenueCat in conjunction with the applicable app store.

 

4. Children’s Privacy

VALR IQ does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

 

5. Data Security

VALR does not store user workout, nutrition, health, or fitness data on its servers. Information transmitted to third-party service providers is handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies and industry-standard security practices.

 

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date.
